Gimpsy - Return/Refund Policy

For the purposes of this Return/Refund Policy:
Payment Service Provider means a third-party payment processing company that provides online services for accepting electronic payments by a variety of payment methods from you to the Company.
full money back guarantee means that the Company refunds the total amount of money received after possible currency conversion occurs if your card's currency is not the same as the merchant's currency. Depending on the Payment Service Provider you selected, the merchant's account currency may be USD for PayPal or UAH for Fondy. During refund the total amount will be converted, if any, from the merchant's currency to the currency of your card. In that case you may receive more or less than you paid due to the difference between currency exchange rates at the time of payment and refund.
Warning: all prices and terms used in this policy, are valid starting from 7th of March, 2021. If you paid before this date, then you should use the prices and terms that were valid at the time of payment.
There is no applicable return policy as Gimpsy provides only a site review service and does not ship any tangible goods.
Refund if the deadline of the review was violated
Gimpsy provides a full money back guarantee if the suggested site was not reviewed within the specified time frame:
- Premium Promotion: 4 days;
- Standard Promotion: 25 days.
- Basic Promotion: 75 days.

Refund from Gimpsy Account
Money deposited in the Gimpsy Account is non-refundable.
If appropriate, refunds are returned to the users within 7 working days of making a decision. Claims for a refund are accepted up to 60 days from the day that the site was submitted to Gimpsy for review.
